Become a Friend of The Mount and help sustain our unique community with young people with learning disabilities.

With your regular support we can continue to offer a richer, fuller life to young adults with learning disabilities now and for years to come. 

We ask our Friends to contribute at least £5 per month, £15 per quarter, or £60 per year, but you are welcome to give any amount that is right for you.

As a Friend you will receive our regular fundraising newsletter and invitations to come to our Community and see the benefit your support is providing.

Our Friends have enabled us to buy our hall chairs, a garden rotavator, the garden’s 24-metre long poly-tunnel, and more recently two covered market stalls to use at our Family Days, Summer Fair and external craft markets to sell Mount products.  

We have now saved enough funds to buy a pergola construction to have on the back lawn here for all to enjoy and are currently saving up for new cookers for the student houses and a variety of wooden musical instruments to be used for music lessons and music therapy sessions.
